Announcing our new CEO

We are delighted to announce Jessica Redwood as the new CEO for Children First Foundation. Jessica will commence on 29 November 2021.

Jessica has most recently been the Head of the Foundation for Surgery at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, where she supported global and Indigenous health and grew the organisation to be the second-largest funder of surgical education and research worldwide.

She has also worked in senior roles with International Social Service Australia, Marie Stopes International, Amnesty International, Save the Children Fiji, UNICEF and others. Jessica has an MBA, has studied disruptive strategy at Harvard Business School and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

“We are thrilled to have Jessica on board. She will bring deep-rooted experience in leadership, business development and the international not-for-profit sector”, said Roger Langley, Children First Foundation’s Chair.

Jessica is looking forward to leading the Foundation through our next critical phase of growth. I know she is keen on getting to know you and will be in touch in due course.
